Terms of Service

All sales are final. Once your commission is paid for I will not refund unless I am unable to complete it.My art can NEVER be sold as a NFT, or involved with cryptocurrency. Any designs or art found to be apart of this, your rights to them will be revoked and ownership terminated and returned to me. This is a hard line and any breakage of this, will result in a widespread block and your name will be publicly spread to protect other artists.

General Work

  • Unless you are ordering a custom design, a clear drawn reference must be provided for all commission types.

  • Images can be included in the resale/trade/gifting of the character they were drawn for.

  • The commissioner may repost or reupload work done for them with proper credit linked back to me.

  • The commissioner cannot alter my work unless permissions are discussed beforehand.

  • My work is not to be resold/redistributed/copied. This includes but is not limited to reposting any of my work to sites such as tumblr, instagram, e621 or others not mentioned here.

Personal Character Sales

  • Personal characters (designs made for myself that I decided to sell) cannot be resold/traded/gifted without my permission.

  • Cannot be resold for more than purchased unless extra artwork is acquired.

  • Cannot apply their own ToS on these characters.

  • Cannot be used commercially.

Will Draw

  • Furry / human / animal / fantasy

  • LGBTA+ Characters

  • Original Characters

  • Fan Characters [Pokemon/MLP/etc.]

  • Artistic Nudity* [general nudity is fine but not nsfw/porn!]

Will Not Draw

  • Underage / Cub / Incest/ Feral NSFW

  • Derogatory-termed/themed characters

  • Extreme Hyper/Gore/Vore

  • Dubcon/Noncon
